Monthly tuition payments are spread evenly across ten months, from August through May, and are managed through Blackbaud Tuition Management. This option provides families with a predictable monthly payment schedule and is a popular choice for budgeting throughout the school year. Monthly payments do not qualify for prepayment credits but offer flexibility and convenience for families who prefer smaller, recurring payments.
Semi-annual tuition payments allow families to divide tuition into two payments during the school year. The first payment is due by August 1, and the second payment is due by January 1. Families who choose the semi-annual payment option receive a $100 tuition credit per student, applied to the semi-annual payment schedule. This option offers a balance between flexibility and savings.
The annual payment option allows families to pay tuition in full prior to the start of the school year. Tuition must be paid on or before August 1 to qualify. Families who select the annual payment option receive a $200 tuition credit per student. This option provides the greatest savings and simplifies tuition management by completing payments before the academic year begins.
Wilmington Christian Academy offers multi-child discounts for families with students enrolled in Preschool and/or grades K5–12. Discount amounts vary. Please contact the school for specific pricing. Fees are not discounted.
Opportunity Scholarships may make Wilmington Christian Academy an option for your family. WCA welcomes students participating in the North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship and ESA+ programs. Families are responsible for all tuition, fees, and charges not covered by scholarship or grant awards.
